Kristine Bell serves as a Project Associate at 413. She recently graduated with her Master’s in History, conducting qualitative and quantitative research on both domestic and transnational extremist movements. Kristine's academic journey includes a Bachelor’s degree in European History from the University of Northern Colorado, complemented by a minor in German. Following her undergraduate studies, she moved to Berlin, Germany on two Fulbright ETA scholarships, exposing her to the world of transatlantic and international affairs.

Prior to joining our team, Kristine contributed her expertise as an International Visitor Leadership Program Specialist at the Colorado Springs World Affairs Council. In this role, she crafted proposals and programmed for State Department-sponsored international delegations to Colorado Springs for security posture events. Kristine is fluent in German and has a foundational understanding of French.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Kristine is an avid outdoorswoman. Whether she's rock climbing, mountain biking, trail running or testing out new outdoor activities, she thrives in the natural world. In her downtime, she enjoys the company of her cats, Carlton and Kenni.
